Welcome to KlozetChat, a platform that connects fashion lovers in Uganda to buy, sell, and discover style.
By accessing or using our website or mobile app (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using KlozetChat.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, posting an ad, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use KlozetChat.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this Platform.
You must also have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Ugandan law.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

• You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete details when creating an account.

• KlozetChat is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Listing Rules

When posting an ad or listing:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your item.

• Do not post counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods.

• Do not use misleading titles, descriptions, or images.

• You are fully responsible for the content you post and any transaction that follows.

• KlozetChat reserves the right to edit, hide, or remove listings that violate our rules or Ugandan law.

5. Transactions

• KlozetChat does not own or sell the items listed on the Platform.

• Buyers and sellers communicate and complete transactions directly at their own risk.

• We encourage users to meet in safe, public locations and to verify items before payment.

• KlozetChat is not liable for any loss, damage, fraud, or disputes arising from transactions between users.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Post illegal or offensive content.

• Engage in scams, fraud, or deceptive behavior.

• Infringe on others’ intellectual property rights.

• Use bots, scripts, or scraping tools on the Platform.

• Harass or abuse other users.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

7. Fees and Payments

• Basic listing services are free, but certain premium or promotional features may require payment.

• All fees, if applicable, are clearly stated before purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, design, and trademarks on KlozetChat are owned by KlozetChat Ltd. or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

KlozetChat is provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee continuous, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KlozetChat and its affiliates are not liable for any damages, loss, or claims arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Termination

KlozetChat reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in Ugandan courts.
